Herbs - Protection (Protective Shield)

This blend can be used in two different ways: as a herbal bath or as an herb smudge. This package of protection herbs – protective shield weighs 25gr.

Function: To create a protective shield against adverse influences!

Usage for bath:

– Simple method: Boil the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, start straining and let the liquid cool down. Pour the bath slowly from the neck downward without wetting the head. Allow yourself to air dry or pat dry lightly with a white towel. Avoid using perfumes, deodorants, or artificial liquids. Prefer light-colored clothing on this day.

– Immersion bath: Boil the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, start straining and let the liquid cool down. Pour the liquid into a bathtub filled with water. Lie down without wetting your head and relax for 5 minutes while focusing on your intentions. Then air dry without cleaning yourself, avoiding perfumes, deodorants, or artificial liquids.

Usage as incense/smudge:

– Light a liturgical charcoal tablet (to serve as a ember to burn the herbs) and add the herb contents. Let the herbs burn while focusing on your intentions.
