The Orthoceras were an extinct genus of cephalopod mollusks that inhabited Earth during the Ordovician Period. Orthoceras were large mollusks similar to squids. Their bodies were covered by a cone-shaped shell, which gave rise to their name “orthoceras” (derived from Greek, meaning “straight horn”).

Popular belief associates this fossil with increased longevity, detoxification, calming nervous states, and reducing anxiety. Orthoceras promote tranquility and well-being.
