This book of Saint Cipriano is a compilation/diary that was allegedly created by Cipriano of Antioch “The Sorcerer” (not to be confused with Saint Cipriano of Carthage) before his conversion to Christianity.

The Ancient Book of Saint Cipriano, the Giant and True Steel Cover, is nothing more than a grimoire, that is, a collection of instructions and recipes on how to perform sorcery, spells, incantations, the creation of talismans and amulets, and the arts of black magic. This grimoire compiles data, prayers, and knowledge of rituals related to black magic and occultism.

This version from the Spiritualist publisher, authored by the famous N. A. Molina, was extracted from the original manuscripts. The book is paperback and has 512 pages. The compilation of recipes and rituals in the Book of Saint Cipriano was originally bound with a steel cover and has retained this designation to this day.

Brief history of Saint Cipriano

From an early age, Cipriano, the son of wealthy pagan parents, was initiated into the arts of occultism, sorcery, and rites of magic. His vast knowledge included astrology, alchemy, or divination but was fully perfected when he developed and intensified his studies with the illustrious Witch of Évora. She, impressed by his dedication, left all her manuscripts to Cipriano after her death, making him a formidable sorcerer.

However, Cipriano renounces paganism and occultism and converts to Christianity. Despite using all his knowledge and powers, he fails to break the resistance of the devout and stoic maiden Justina when she is asked to surrender her virginity to her suitor. Cipriano cannot sway Justina from her faith or tempt her. Soon after, Cipriano converts and is later martyred with Justina by order of Emperor Diocletian.
