Usage for bath:

– Simple method: Boil the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, strain and let the liquid cool down. Pour the bath slowly from your neck downwards without wetting your head. Allow yourself to air dry or lightly dry with a white towel. Avoid using perfumes, deodorants, or any artificial liquids. Preferably wear light-colored clothing on this day.

– Immersion bath: Boil the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, strain and let the liquid cool down. You can pour the liquid into a bathtub filled with water. Lie down without wetting your head and relax for 5 minutes while focusing on what you desire. Then allow yourself to air dry or lightly dry with a white towel. Avoid using perfumes, deodorants, or any artificial liquids. Preferably wear light-colored clothing on this day.

Usage as incense/smudge:

– Light a liturgical charcoal tablet (which will serve as the ember to burn the herbs) and sprinkle the contents of the herbs. Let the herbs burn while focusing on your intentions.
