Herbs - Energy Cleansing

This blend can be used in two different ways, either as a herbal bath or as an herb smudging tool. This package of herbs weighs 25 grams.

Usage for Bath:

– Simple Method: Boil the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, start straining and let the liquid cool down. Pour the bath slowly from the neck downwards without wetting your head. Allow yourself to air dry or gently pat dry with a white towel. Avoid using perfumes, deodorants, or any artificial liquids. Preferably wear light-colored clothing on this day.

– Immersion Bath: Boil the contents of the herbs in 2 liters of water. When it starts to boil, start straining and let the liquid cool down. You can pour the liquid into a bathtub filled with water. Lie down without wetting your head and relax for 5 minutes while focusing on what you desire. Then, allow yourself to air dry or gently pat dry with a white towel. Avoid using perfumes, deodorants, or any artificial liquids. Preferably wear light-colored clothing on this day.
